As well as benefiting their own mental health, the volunteer ‘Connectors’ will be a local source of information on community activities and will encourage others to engage in activities that build resilience. The goal is to empower young people to assist others to take-up mentally healthy activities to improve mental wellbeing and overall quality of life.
